Traditional recipes, a bit old-fashioned, ingredients of top-quality and, as much as possible, from local sources, products from our rich territory are just some of the features that distinguish our varied menu ... Cooking dishes on the spot, without precooking, we guarantee you the opportunity to taste unique flavours and food freshly prepared for you ... except for sauces that require a long and slow cooking.
Experience leads us to believe that more and more people have the desire to rediscover authentic flavours, homemade and less processed: this pushes us even more to place all our attention on preparing as many ‘homemade’ dishes as possible, limiting the purchase of industrially processed or frozen products.. Handmade pasta, sausages, skewers, liver, ‘all’ascolana’ stuffed olives, battered fried vegetables, fried cremini are just a few examples…
And then the meat!!! All strictly chosen by you from our butcher counter and cooked on the grill in large log fires both indoors and outdoors...

Last but not least, pizza!!! The mastery of our pizza chef will surprise you with its delicious light pizzas baked in our old good wood oven!!

Particular attention is given to BREAD and FOCACCE, cooked on stone in our wood burning oven, just like they used to do it in country houses ...

In addition, attention and care are reserved for various needs of our guests in particular to intolerance to gluten or other ingredients, or in respect with the choice of ‘alternative’ diets.
